Due to recent Government advice surrounding COVID-19 we have been advised to close therefore, all our staff have been furloughed and we are unable to receive emails and phone calls at this time.
With regards to reservations to stay with us at The Ram and taking into consideration the current circumstances, we are offering guests the option to transfer their stay to a later and more suitable time.
To apply for this transfer, please email email@example.com us with the following information:
- Name of the person who made the reservation.
- Date of reservation
- The date you would like to transfer to – this is not confirmed and will be based on our availability.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to confirm your new transferred reservation date at this time, we will get back to you once we are able.
Should you have a table reservation with us, we are unable to honour your booking with us at this stage and hope you are able to join us again in the future.
We understand this is an uncertain time and kindly ask for your patience in awaiting our response. Our team will be in touch with you as soon as we are legally able, without breaching furlough regulations.
